We, like so many others, are struggling with the rapid progression of the Coronavirus and the resulting severe impact on everyone's daily lives. The human toll and economic impact will be felt for a long time and we, like everyone else, are doing our best given the situation.
We want everyone to know that we take our client's health extremely seriously. We are doubling down on all our normal cleaning and sanitation processes so that you are confident in the treats you get from us. We are also taking proactive steps to minimize any risks in accordance with CDC and Ohio Department of Health recommendations.
Given this, it is with a heavy heart that we are announcing that we will be closed starting 3/17 for all walk-ins. We will assess pre-orders on a case-by-case basis. We are actively reaching out to all clients with orders over the next several days to discuss and assess options. If you haven't heard from us yet, please assume that your order will still be processed as originally agreed. We have no re-opening date at this time and urge you to like and follow our Facebook page for up-to-date information.
In the event that you wish to postpone your order, please contact us immediately to discuss. We are waiving all cancellation and change fees but need as much advanced notice as possible to avoid making desserts for cancelled events.
To try to maintain some sense of normalcy and try to sustain our business, we are offering the following ideas:
1. Delivery
An unprecedented situation requires out-of-the-box thinking. We will be working to deliver desserts and smiles to the local area (approximately 5 mile radius of downtown Bellbrook). Please email us or send a message here with your order. We will contact you to discuss details.
2. Shipping
While not a service we promote often, we are able to package and ship a number of our desserts to destinations both near and far. Contact us to discuss what you are looking for and where you would like it to go.
Mail a Decadent Dessert care package to your friends, family, and loved ones and support a family-owned small business at the same time.
3. Plan Ahead
We bet you know of upcoming events over the next several months. Isn't it crazy how we know when birthday parties will be, or the fact that we will be having a graduation party in the summer, but fail to plan until the last minute. Now is your chance to start the planning process.
We are offering emailed gift certificates for $20 and up that will allow you to begin the planning process and reserve your date on our calendar.
Don't know exactly what you want or when the party will be?? No problem at all, purchase a gift certificate and we will work with you now or closer to your event to ensure all the details are perfect.
